烏拉!烏拉!水手們一看到把那枚金幣釘在桅桿上,便都拋起雨衣,高聲歡呼起來(lái)。

那是條白鯨,我說(shuō),亞哈一邊敲大槌子,一邊又說(shuō):一條白鯨。

你們要盯牢它,朋友們;當(dāng)心那白水;只要看到一只泡泡,就大聲叫喊。

All this while Tashtego, Daggoo, and Queequeg had looked on with even more intense interest and surprise than the rest, and at the mention of the wrinkled brow and crooked jaw they had started as if each was separately touched by some specific recollection.

它可是有點(diǎn)古怪地要扇一扇尾巴后才游到水里去么,先生?這個(gè)該黑特佬慎重地說(shuō)。

And has he a curious spout, too, said Daggoo, very bushy, even for a parmacetty, and mighty quick, Captain Ahab?

它噴水也噴得很古怪,大個(gè)兒說(shuō),噴得很密,甚至比抹香鯨還要厲害,極其神速,是嗎,亞哈船長(zhǎng)?

aye, Tashtego, and he fan-tails like a split jib in a squall. Death and devils! men, it is Moby Dick ye have seen-Moby Dick-Moby Dick!

是呀,塔斯蒂哥,它尾巴一扇一扇,就象讓狂風(fēng)吹散了的三角帆一樣。喲!朋友們,你們看到的就是莫比-迪克,莫比-迪克,莫比-迪克!
