There is no doubt that smart phone has been important part of our life. Now when we go out of the house, a smart phone can solve everything. We enjoy the convenience that technology brings, while the overuse of cell phone will be a health hazard. 
毫無疑問，智能手機已經(jīng)成為我們生活中的重要組成部分。我們現(xiàn)在外出的時候，智能手機可以幫助我們解決一切問題。我們享受著科技帶來的便利，然而過度使用手機卻是會危害健康。

Recently, my uncle was shocked to find that her daughter's eyes were badly injured after playing smart phone for a long time. My uncle told us that he was busy these days and without his supervisor, her daughter played online game very late. When my cousin felt uncomfortable, the doctor diagnosed her eyesight got very serious problem.
最近，我叔叔非常震驚地發(fā)現(xiàn)她女兒的眼睛在長時間玩智能手機后嚴重損傷。我叔叔告訴我們，這些天他很忙，沒有時間監(jiān)督他女兒，所以他女兒玩網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲玩到很晚。當我表妹感到不舒服時，醫(yī)生就診斷到她的視力存在非常嚴重的問題了。

My cousin's situation teaches me a lesson that if we don't use smart phone in the proper way, we will get hurt. There are always some news report people who used smart phone for a long time and their bodies got hurt because they lack of exercise. We need to do some sports and take regular exercise. The sound body is the foundation to realize our dreams, so don't let the smart phone control your life.
我表妹的這件事給了我一個教訓(xùn)。如果我們不合理使用智能手機，就會受到傷害?？偸怯幸恍┬侣剤蟮勒f有些長時間使用智能手機的人，他們的身體因為缺乏鍛煉受到了傷害。我們需要做一些運動和有規(guī)律的鍛煉。健康的身體是實現(xiàn)夢想的基礎(chǔ)，所以不要讓智能手機控制你的生活。
