Before students sit certain exams,

Therefore, if they still intend to break norms and regulations,

they must accept any forms of punishment without complaints.

Otherwise, norms and regulations would have no bonding effects.

Secondly, the purpose of public announcement of disciplinary measures

is to help those culprits by supervision of the public.

As people tend to hold their mistakes from being revealed to other people,

they actually avoid acknowledging their mistakes

and are unwilling to correct them.

culprits would be judged by their classmates,friends and teachers,

and hence they can be imposed pressures not to err again.
