Slowly, silently, now the moon Walks the night in hersilver shoon;

Walter de la Mare：瓦爾特·德拉·梅爾( 1873-4-25~1956-6-22)，英國(guó)詩(shī)人、小說(shuō)家。他喜好描寫童年、大自然、夢(mèng)境和奇幻的東西。善于用詩(shī)的語(yǔ)言創(chuàng)造奇特的氣氛和富有魅力的故事， 但有時(shí)接近荒誕。 他的詩(shī)集有《聆聽者》(1912)、《孔雀餅》(1913)等。小說(shuō)有《歸來(lái)》(1910)、《侏儒回憶錄》(1921)等。此外，他編有詩(shī)文集《到這里來(lái)》(1928)，后來(lái)成為英國(guó)經(jīng)典的兒童讀物。
