Decay spreads quickly when it reaches the dentin.
蛀牙到了牙質(zhì)時(shí)發(fā)展的很快。
The decay must be removed at this time because it'll soon reach the sensitive tooth pulp.
這時(shí)候應(yīng)該把蛀牙治療，因?yàn)椴痪盟蜁?huì)侵入到很敏感的牙髓。
If this happens, there'll be death of the pulp, pain and infection into the jaw-bonesurrounding the tooth.
要是蛀牙到了牙髓，牙髓就會(huì)壞死，牙齒四周的頜骨就會(huì)疼，就會(huì)發(fā)炎。
The tooth might have to be removed if this happens.
在這種情況下，這顆牙齒就要拔掉。
