"On your mark, get set, go!" cried Fox.

“各就各位，預備，跑！”小狐大喊道。

And the race was on!

于是比賽開始了。

Dexter pulled out ahead.

德克斯特一馬當先。

"Gang way!" he cried.

“讓開！”他大喊著。

突然他推車上的輪子掉了。

"Nuts!" said Dexter. "I'm out of the race."

“氣死我了！”德克斯特說，“我出局了。”

"Beep, beep!" cried Carmen.

“嘀嘀！”卡門喊著。

And shoppers ran for their lives.

其他顧客為了保命紛紛閃避。

Carmen was about to win.

卡門就要贏了。

But just then her cart crashed into a barrel of pickles.

就在這時她撞上了一桶泡菜。

"Oh, fudge!" said Carmen.

“哦，倒霉！”卡門說。

"Hooray!" cried Fox. "I won, I won!"

小狐吶喊，“我贏了，我贏了！”
