B: Hi，I am sony to say that your experience doesn't fit the job at all.

B: 你好。很遺憾，你的經(jīng)歷不適合這個(gè)職位。

A: Sorry to hear that, but could you inform me why I failed?

A: 真遺憾，但是你能否告訴我：我為什么會(huì)失敗?

B: I have to say your education and experience are very outstanding, but it seems that youare tiot good at working in a team which we attach great importance to.

B: 你的教育和資歷都很出色，但 是你似乎不太擅長(zhǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作, 而我們又很注重團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作。

B: We have thought of you carefully with discretion, but the other candidate has moreexperiences.

A: Experience is important, but don't you think capability is more valuable than that?

A：經(jīng)驗(yàn)固然重要，但一個(gè)人的能力難道不是更重要嗎?

B: Yes, I think so. But how do you prove to me that you are more capable?

B：是的，我同意，但是怎么證明 你比別人更有能力呢?

A: Maybe you can hire me on trial. If I'm not qualified for the job, you can let me go.

A: 也許你們可以先對(duì)我進(jìn)行試用, 不合格的話再裁掉也不遲。

B: Good idea.

B: 好主意。
