The contract will be renewed annually. 

合同每年更新一次。 

 

If one side fails to honor the contract, the other side is entitled to cancel it. 

如果一方未執(zhí)行合同條款，另一方有權(quán)中止本合同。 

 

The contract can be cancelled by mutual agreement. 

合同經(jīng)雙方同意，可以廢除。

Tip: fail表示"失敗"，通常用做不及物動(dòng)詞。表示在某一方面失敗，通常用介詞in。如 He failed in business. (他經(jīng)商失敗。 );表示"(考試)不及格 fail可用作及物或不及物動(dòng)詞(以及物動(dòng)詞為多見)，所以以下各例中 fail后的介詞 ln均可以省略 He failed (in) his driving-test. (他駕駛考試沒及格。 );而且，其后可接不定式，意為"不能""沒有""忘記"等。如: He failed to pass the exam. (他考試沒有及格。)
