　　物業(yè)代理王先生

　　C:Client Mr.Johnson

　　客戶約翰遜

　　A:Good morning,Mr.Johnson.How are you today?

　　早上好，約翰遜先生，你好嗎?

　　C:I am fine,thank you.How about you?

　　很好，謝謝。你怎樣呢?

　　A:Not bad.Just a little busy.

　　還好，只是比較忙。

　　C:That means you are doing good business.

　　這表示你的生意不錯(cuò)。

　　A:So far so good.

　　還不錯(cuò)

　　C:Well,I am here to pay you the agency fee because I am leaving Hong Kong next week.

　　事情是這樣的，因?yàn)槲蚁滦瞧谝x開香港，所以今天來支付貴公司的代理費(fèi)。

　　A:Sure.Let me check the balance.

　　好的，讓我先查看費(fèi)用余額。

　　(Mr.Wang Picks up a file and checks the Preliminary Sale and Purchase Agreement.)

　　The balance is forty_three thousand Hong Kong dollars.

　　A:ABC Properties Company,please.

　　請(qǐng)寫ABC物業(yè)代理公司。

　　C:Here is the cheque.

　　這是支票。

　　A:Thank you.

　　C:Do you know if the new owner has moved into the house or not?

　　你知道新的業(yè)主已搬進(jìn)房子了嗎?

　　A:Not yet.Mr.Chan bought the house for investment purpose.

　　現(xiàn)在還沒有，業(yè)主買這房子是作為投資用途的。

　　I heard that he is going to have someone change the carpet and repaint the house first.

　　聽說業(yè)主將安排工人更換地氈和翻新墻身。

　　C:I see.

　　我明白了。

　　A:Mr.Johnson,thank you for your cheque and here is your receipt.

　　約翰遜先生，謝謝你的支票，這是你的收據(jù)。

　　C:Don't mention it.I really appreciate your help,otherwise,I would not have been able to sell this house in such a short period.
