B:Right. Then how can we arrange for the deal?

A:Firstly. we demand that before delivery your company should inspect all the details including quality . quantity and specification and make sure that the inspection process is made according to our contract.

A:首先，我方要求在發(fā)送貨物之前貴公司對(duì)所有細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行仔細(xì)檢驗(yàn)，包括質(zhì)量，數(shù)量和規(guī) 格。并且一定要保證一切檢驗(yàn)程序符合我們合同中的條款。

B:We will. for sure. And at the same time we demand that the reinspection fee be borne by your company. Is that all right for you ?

B:沒(méi)問(wèn)題。同時(shí)我方也要求復(fù)檢費(fèi)由貴方承擔(dān)。你們可以接受嗎?

A:That sounds reasonable. I guess we can accept that.

A:聽起來(lái)很合理，我想我們能夠接受。

B:When the commodities arrive.they must be carefully delivered and once they are damaged which falls within your responsibility. we will not bear the loss. You can turn to the insurance company.

B:當(dāng)貨物到達(dá)后，請(qǐng)小心搬運(yùn)，一旦由于貴方責(zé)任而造成了商品的任何損失，我方不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。貴方可以向保險(xiǎn)公司索賠。

A:OK.we can live with that. But if we find any discrepancy in the process of reinspection.we will inform you in 10 days.

A:好的，我們可以接受。如果在復(fù)檢中發(fā)現(xiàn)任何問(wèn)題，我方會(huì)在10日內(nèi)通知貴公司。

B:That will be fine.

B:很好。
