B: For example. some countries restrict imports by quantitative restriction.

B：例如，某一國(guó)家通過(guò)數(shù)量上的限定來(lái)限制進(jìn)口。

A: Why?

A：為什么要這樣做呢?

B:This is used to protect local industries. or to achieve certain political objectives.

B：這樣有利于保護(hù)當(dāng)?shù)禺a(chǎn)業(yè)，或者達(dá)到某些政治目的。

B:Technical barners are set for imported goods.
