Find happiness in life, not spending

發(fā)現(xiàn)生活中的幸福，而不是通過(guò)花錢(qián)來(lái)營(yíng)造幸福的幻覺(jué)

Many times people buy stuff because they think (subconsciously perhaps) that it will bring them happiness.

人們之所以買(mǎi)東西，常常是因?yàn)樗麄冋J(rèn)為(也許是潛意識(shí)認(rèn)為)這樣能帶給他們幸福。

They just HAVE to have the latest gadget or shoes or cars.

因此，他們不得不購(gòu)買(mǎi)最新款的小玩意、鞋或車(chē)

It's so fun! And yet, you buy that stuff, and you're only happy for a day or two at most.

還自認(rèn)為，這多么有意思啊!其實(shí)，即使你買(mǎi)了某樣?xùn)|西，你最多也就高興上一兩天。

Instead, learn to love life. Find joy in nature! In the people around you! In doing something you love! In exercise and meditation!

實(shí)際上，你只需要學(xué)會(huì)熱愛(ài)生活。從大自然中尋找樂(lè)趣!通過(guò)與身邊的人交往而收獲快樂(lè)!去做你熱衷的事來(lái)獲得成就感!在健身和冥想中提升幸福感!

There's so much in life to make us happy, there's no need to find it in spending.

生活中有如此多值得我們高興的事情，我們沒(méi)必要靠花錢(qián)來(lái)買(mǎi)幸福。
