Visualization. 想象。Whenever I feel like giving up, I visualize my dream materializing in front of me. 當(dāng)我想要放棄的時候，我都會想像自己夢想成真。I imagine I am standing right there looking at my dream vacation place, or spinning the chair at my favorite company, or eating my favorite mom-made dish, or driving that one car I've always wanted. I close my eyes and imagine myself doing what I want to do. I make-believe, like a kid. 我會想像自己站在夢想的度假勝地，或者在我最愛的公司里面上班，或者正在品嘗麻麻做的菜，或者開著我一度想要的車。我閉上眼睛，想像自己此刻正在做著一切我想做的。我像個孩子一樣做白日夢。This gives me a head start and a much-needed motivation straightaway.
