My vote goes to Lukla Airport (aka Tenzing-Hillary Airport) in Nepal.

This is where most Everest summiters land. It is one of the most dangerous airports in the world. Lukla is situated at 9,000 feet (2750 meters). The 1,500 foot (450 meters) long runway has a 12% gradient from north to south. The south end of the runway features an angled drop of about 2,000 feet (600 meters), as you can see in the image below.
