我的新家-家里-房地產(chǎn)

Because of father's work. our family riad to move to San Diego. Fatha. wanted to laase but mother insisted on buying. Bom of mem riad good points. so the compromise was a short-term leasa as tamporary settlement. anCJ buy. ng a new home at a better location late. Soon, father found out that loan interest rates had been dropping and the real estate market was at an all time low. He changed hrs mind.

因?yàn)楦赣H的工作關(guān)系，我們家得搬到圣地亞哥去。父親想要用租的，但是母親堅(jiān)持用買的。他們倆各有各的理由，于是就妥協(xié)為暫時(shí)買個(gè)新房子。不久，父親發(fā)現(xiàn)貨款利率一直在降低，而且不動(dòng)產(chǎn)市場正值谷底，于是他改變了主意。

Now they had agreed on buying, father must search carefully for the new home. It was difficult at first, bacause we lived way up in Seanle Washingto. Following a friend's suggesbon famer contacted a real estate broker at Century 21. Things went much smoothly after that.

現(xiàn)在他們都同意用買的，所以父親必須為新家而謹(jǐn)慎地尋找。開始時(shí)比較困難，因?yàn)槲覀儺?dāng)時(shí)是住在華盛頓州的西雅圖。但在聽了一個(gè)朋友的建議之后，父親找了個(gè)21世紀(jì)房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)人。從那之后，事情進(jìn)展得順利多了。

The ideal location was found, negotiated, and bought. Father chose a single story, twenty-five hundred square feet house on an eight thousand square feet lot. It has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a garage with room for two cars.

理想的地點(diǎn)找到了，經(jīng)過出價(jià)協(xié)商，最后成交了。父親選的是單層的房子，佔(zhàn)地8000平方英尺的土地，建筑面積是2500平方英尺。這房子有三個(gè)臥室，兩個(gè)半的廁所，和一間可以停放兩輛車的車庫。

We hired a moving company to ship our belongings to the new address with a trailer truck. It was not a major flying home on vacations.
