第十章 代詞 反身代詞（Reflexive pronouns)

　　1.下面這些為反身代詞(Reflexive Pronouns)

　　單數(shù)：myself，yourself，himself，herself，itself

　　復(fù)數(shù)：ourselves，yourselves，themselves

　　2.反身代詞在句中可用作：

　　1)賓語或介詞賓語：

　　I can't express myself properly in English.

　　我不能正確地用英語表達(dá)自己的意思。

　　Take good care of yourself.

　　好好保重。

　　She is too young to look after herself.

　　她太小，不能照顧自己。

　　2)表語：

　　I am not quite myself these days.

　　近來我身體不大舒服。

　　He'll be himself again in no time.

　　他不久就會(huì)好的。

　　3)主語或賓語的同位語：

　　The theory itself is a11 right.

　　這理論本身沒有問題。

　　We'd better ask the president himself.

　　我們最好問校長本人。

　　反身代詞有時(shí)可放在句末，作用接近狀語：

　　He offered to coach us himself.

　　他提出親自輔導(dǎo)我們。

　　You can go and ask her yourself.

　　你可以自己去問她。

　　反身代詞也可用作主語：

　　She was as eager to go as myself.

　　她和我一樣急于想去。

　　3.反身代詞還可與動(dòng)詞構(gòu)成某些成語，如：

　　I hope you'll enjoy yourself.

　　希望你玩得好。

　　Don't overwork yourselves.

　　你們不要過份勞累。

　　She seldom absented herself from class。

　　她很少缺課。

　　Please help yourself to some fish.

　　請(qǐng)吃點(diǎn)魚。

　　反身代詞也可和某些介詞構(gòu)成成語：

　　They made the machine all by themselves.

　　這機(jī)器完全足他們自己制造的。

　　You'll have to judge for yourself.

　　你得自己來判斷。

　　This is not a bad idea in itself.

　　這想法本身不壞。
