大學(xué)生做“村官”是一種進(jìn)步。

I think more and more college graduates choosing to work in rural areas is a progress. First of all , working in rural areas rather than in big cities shows college students have changed their attitudes in job-seeking. Secondly, the well-educated college students can play an important role in accelerating the development of rural and remote areas.

我認(rèn)為越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)生選擇去農(nóng)村就業(yè)是個(gè)進(jìn)步。首先，大學(xué)生不選擇大城市，而選擇去農(nóng)村就業(yè)，表明他們的就業(yè)觀念發(fā)生了巨大的變化;再次，受過(guò)良好教育的大學(xué)生到農(nóng)村工作也有助于加速農(nóng)村和偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的發(fā)展。

Working in the countryside is good to lessen(釋放) the employment pressure and relieve the unbalanced allocation(分配) of talents between the city and countryside. Therefore, I think this phenomenon stands for a progress.

在農(nóng)村就業(yè)有助于緩解就業(yè)壓力和平衡農(nóng)村和城市之間的人才分配。因此，這種現(xiàn)象是一種進(jìn)步。

To be a village official is just a springboard for college students.

“村官”的崗位只是大學(xué)生的一個(gè)“跳板”。

Undoubtedly, many college students are choosing to find jobs in rural areas. However, in my point of view, they just take this position as a springboard(跳板) since the government has promised that village officials will have priorities in the their future job development.

毋庸置疑，現(xiàn)在有許多的大學(xué)生選擇去農(nóng)村找工作。盡管如此，在我看來(lái)，他們只是把這個(gè)工作當(dāng)成一個(gè)跳板。因?yàn)檎兄Z將給那些在農(nóng)村服務(wù)過(guò)的大學(xué)生提供優(yōu)惠。

Many college graduates choose to work in countryside because of the serious employment situation. They want to gain some working experience in the countryside before they leave for the big cities.

許多的大學(xué)生選擇去農(nóng)村工作是因?yàn)閲?yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)。他們選擇將農(nóng)村作為其積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)的場(chǎng)所，為了將來(lái)能在大城市立足。
