“SOHO”一族的工作方式應(yīng)當(dāng)被提倡。

SOHO working style is advanced and should be encouraged. First, working at home instead of office is cost-efficient to the whole society. It can save a lot of unnecessary costs. The employers no longer have to pay for Internet use，electricity and other expenses related to the office daily work. Secondly, the SOHOs do not need to wake up early every morning just for taking the bus. They can spend longer time in sleeping than before, which wiU make them energetic at work.

“SOHO”一族的工作方式是先進(jìn)的，值得提倡的。首先，代替在辦公室工作，而在家里工作，對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)來(lái)說(shuō)都是有益的。它能夠節(jié)省許多不必要的花費(fèi)。雇主不再需要付網(wǎng)費(fèi)、電費(fèi)及其他的日常的辦公費(fèi)用。第二，“SOHO”族不必再早起床去趕公交車(chē)。他們可以多睡會(huì)，這也會(huì)使他們?cè)诠ぷ鞯臅r(shí)候提高效率。

I think working at a flexible(靈活的) time schedule is beneficial to us to balance(兼顧,平衡) between family and work. Therefore, this working style should be encouraged.

我認(rèn)為擁有靈活的工作時(shí)間對(duì)兼顧家庭和工作是很有益的。因此，這種工作方式是值得被提倡的。

Not everyone can be a freelancer.

并不是所有人都能做自由職業(yè)者。

In my opinion, being a freelancer requires some special qualities, such as selfcontrol, perseverance(堅(jiān)持)， commitment to the plan and the like. Therefore, I think not everyone can be a freelancer.

就我而言，我認(rèn)為做一名自由職業(yè)者是要具備幾個(gè)特殊條件的，比如說(shuō)他應(yīng)當(dāng)有很強(qiáng)的自控力、堅(jiān)定不移且忠于計(jì)劃等等。因此，我認(rèn)為并不是每個(gè)人都可以成為自由職業(yè)者。

Being self-employed is not easy. Although this kind of lifestyle is attractive to a lot of people, it is also a riskier proposition than working at a traditional job.

作為一名自由職業(yè)者也并不容易。盡管這種生活方式吸引了很多人，但是相對(duì)傳

統(tǒng)的工作來(lái)說(shuō)它更是一個(gè)有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的職業(yè)。
