九地篇 NO.8：
是故政舉之日，夷關折符，無通其使，厲于廊廟之上，以誅其事。
敵人開闔，必亟入之，先其所愛，微與之期。
踐墨隨敵，以決戰(zhàn)事。
是故始如處女，敵人開戶;
后如脫兔，敵不及拒。
這句啥意思：
因此，在決定戰(zhàn)爭方略的時候，就要封鎖關口，廢除通行符證，不充許敵國使者往來;
要在廟堂里再三謀劃，作出戰(zhàn)略決策。敵人一旦出現(xiàn)間隙，就要迅速乘機而入。
首先奪取敵人戰(zhàn)略要地，但不要輕易與敵約期決戰(zhàn)。
要靈活機動，因敵情來決定自己的作戰(zhàn)行動。
因此，戰(zhàn)爭開始之前要象處女那樣顯得沉靜柔弱，誘使敵人放松戒備;
戰(zhàn)斗展開之后，則要象脫逃的野兔一樣行動迅速，使敵人措手不及，無從抵抗。

On the day that you take up your command,block the frontier passes, destroy the officialtallies,and stop the passage of all emissaries.
Be stern in the council-chamber, so that you may control the situation.
If the enemy leaves a door open, you must rush in.
Forestall your opponent by seizing what he holds dear,and subtly contrive to time his arrivalon the ground.
Walk in the path defined by rule, and accommodate yourself to the enemy until you can fighta decisive battle.
At first, then, exhibit the coyness of a maiden,until the enemy gives you an opening;
afterwards emulate the rapidity of a running hare, and it will be too late for the enemy tooppose you.
