What do you see as the most difficult task in being a manager?
作為管理者，你認(rèn)為最困難的工作是什么?
When I have to let people go,who have made contributions and hae been loyal to the company over the years,due to downsizing or another reason that is beyond their control.
當(dāng)我因?yàn)椴脝T或是一些當(dāng)事人和我都無能為力的原因，不得不解雇長期以來忠于公司并做出貢獻(xiàn)的員工時(shí)，就感到很困難。
Especially when I know their family members and that they may face some financial hardship at least for a short period of time.
特別是當(dāng)我認(rèn)識(shí)到那些員工的家人，知道他們至少短期內(nèi)在經(jīng)濟(jì)上會(huì)有困難的時(shí)候。
After 10 years of management,my stomach still sinks when I have to announce layoffs to my subordinates.
