<語法分析>
單位名詞的數(shù)有單、復(fù)數(shù)的形式，如kind, sort, type, piece, cake, bottle和grain等單位名詞如與復(fù)數(shù)限定詞連用，一般要變成復(fù)數(shù)形式，of 后面的名詞多用單數(shù)形式，且不用冠詞。有些單位名詞如dozen, score, head等詞語復(fù)數(shù)限定詞連用，仍保留單數(shù)形式。但如表示一種不確定的復(fù)數(shù)時，用復(fù)數(shù)形式。有些單位名詞如pair, couple和ton等于復(fù)數(shù)限定詞連用時，可用單數(shù)也可用復(fù)數(shù)。this, that, another和every等單數(shù)限定詞一般只能與單數(shù)名詞連用，但復(fù)數(shù)名詞前有一個集體數(shù)詞，且被看作一個整體時，也可與this等單數(shù)限定詞連用。
