有關heart的若干條重要搭配

1. 表示“心”“心臟”，漢語的“心臟病”說成英語是 heart trouble [disease]；表示心臟的跳動通常用動詞 beat。

2. 比較 lose heart 與 lose one’s heart：兩者只差一個物主代詞，但含義截然不同：前者意為“灰心”，后者意為“傾心于”“愛上”。如：

So don’t lose heart whatever you do. 不管你做什么你都不要灰心。

She lost her heart to the handsome guy. 她愛上了這個漂亮的小伙子。

3. 用于 by heart, 意為“默記地”“記下”，通常與 know, learn, get 等動詞連用。如：
