Today decades after becoming an unlikely star in Hong Kong,Bruce Lee is now embraced as an icon for all of China.

幾十年過(guò)去了 曾經(jīng)的名不見(jiàn)經(jīng)傳，到現(xiàn)在被稱(chēng)作心中的偶像。

In recognition of his contribution to Chinese culture,the authorities there are opening a $25 million memorial park near Bruce Lee 's ancestral home of Shunde.

為了感謝他對(duì)中國(guó)文化作出的貢獻(xiàn)，當(dāng)局斥資2500萬(wàn)美元在李小龍的故居，順德興修了一座主題紀(jì)念公園。

You know, it is the ancestral home of my family,so I've always wanted to go and...

and see that just from a historical point of view.And it's a very interesting trip for me,because I've never actually crossed the border from Hong Kong into China.

那是我家的祖屋，所以我很想回去看看。以歷史的眼光去看看，這次旅行對(duì)我而言真是意義非凡，因?yàn)槲覐奈磸南愀刍氐竭^(guò)大陸。

So this is my first time going there,traveling by bus, and I'm just really excited to see it.

Before Shannon visits the memorial park,she's been invited to see her grandfather's house to take part in a traditional incense burning ceremony.

在參觀主題紀(jì)念公園之前，李香凝被邀請(qǐng)去參觀祖父的房子，并且行了燒香祭拜之禮。

Word has spread of Shannon's visit, and the whole town turns out to welcome her.Thank you so much.Complete with a nunchaku-spinning Bruce Lee look-alike.

李香凝要來(lái)的消息使得整個(gè)小鎮(zhèn)熱鬧非凡，太感謝了，還專(zhuān)門(mén)有人打扮成李小龍表演雙節(jié)棍。

The park is spread over 1.9 million square meters.As well as a museum, it will eventually host an 18-meter high statue of Bruce Lee.

這個(gè)公園占地190萬(wàn)平方米，除了博物館 里面還矗立著一尊高18米的李小龍雕像。

For decades, the Chinese government banned Bruce Lee 's films.But as attitudes towards free enterprise and individualism have softened,they've realized that Bruce Lee is an ideal icon for the new China.

一直以來(lái) 大陸都禁播李小龍的電影，伴隨著對(duì)于自由主義和個(gè)人主義的態(tài)度轉(zhuǎn)變，他們才意識(shí)到李小龍才是新中國(guó)最理想的偶像。
