在電影一開(kāi)頭，所有一切都起因于那塊日本人，獨(dú)自將牌匾送了回去 還說(shuō) "香港人...

Chinese people are not the sick man of Asia,and I think Hong Kong people were like, "Hong Kong people are not sick man",they took the message...they took that message to heart, and they cheered him on.

中國(guó)人不是東亞病夫"，他認(rèn)為香港人要像真正的香港人，人們聽(tīng)了這話，都把它記到了心里 他們?yōu)樗麣g呼。

He was really like the prodigal son returning back to be embraced by Hong Kong as a community.But I think that his... his place was,he was part of a movement to create an indigenous identity for Hong Kong people, and I think that identity continues to this day.

他是一個(gè)香港社會(huì)，欣然接受的海外游子，但是 我認(rèn)為他的立場(chǎng)是，他幫土生土長(zhǎng)的香港人樹(shù)立起了本該有的民族歸屬感。我認(rèn)為這種民族歸屬感直到今天還依舊存在。

Children turned on their parents.It was awful.And you had people running away from China,fleeing to Hong Kong and saying, "our country is drowning in blood" people couldn't be proud of that China.

So instead they were proud of this mythological China,and the place that mythological China came from were movies.

所以人們就只好將希望寄托在中國(guó)的古老神話中，而這古老的神話又植根于電影。

It was like buying a ticket to a movie theater was like getting a passport to what you knew was... in your heart was the real China.And that was one of the things that Bruce Lee saw.
