Lucy： Hey, Peter. Have you made your business itinerary and booked up ticket?

Peter： Secretary has been arranging it . Later I will call the airline .

Lucy： Good luck. I hope you will get good seat.

Peter： I hope so. Hello!

Clerk： Hello, American Airlines. May I help you?

Peter： I want to make an airline reservation on your flight number 220, departing for New York on December 3rd at 8:00 in the evening.

Clerk： Yes, sir. Your name, please?

Peter： Peter. Cook.

Clerk： Do you want to fly first class or coach ?

Peter： Coach.

Clerk： Yes, we still have room on that flight. Will you get single-way ticket ?

Peter： No, Return ticket . It's round trip back to Chicago on December 20th. By the way, do you have any direct flights coming back?

Clerk： Yes, we do. Flight number 532, leaving New York at 3:00 in the afternoon, flies nonstop back to Chicago.

Peter： That'll be perfect. What is the exact air fare ?

Clerk： Coach fare round trip from Chicago to New York is $500 during peak season.

Peter： I see… Then my tickets are ordered ?

Clerk： Yes, Please be at the airport at least one hour before departure time.
