New Job
Lucy: Hi, Ron. You look so good!
Ron: Hi, Lucy, how is duty in your new job?
Lucy: That's nice. My colleagues seem alright. So far everything is great.
Ron: Pretty good. What do they have you doing over there?
Lucy: Well, I work in the marketing department. The enterprise culture is totally different from my last employer. Everyone works very closely with each other.
Ron: That's really good. It's very important to feel like you are part of the team at work.
Lucy: Indeed. Team work is corporate philosophy in this new company. I like our boss, too. He's highly respected by all his employees.
Ron: That's great, that's good for a positive work atmosphere .
Lucy: True, take my former management as an example. He was extremely controlling and overbearing. He always had to conduct everything.
Ron: Well, now you don't have to worry about that. This new enterprise sounds really good.
Lucy: Yeah, it is.
