提條件——不要被飄飄欲仙的幸福感沖昏了頭，這個時候是自己提條件的最好時機，否則就要等到很久以后了。DB公司投入了大量時間尋找合適的人才，一旦他們發(fā)出工作邀請，他們希望對方會接受。對于拉拉這個步入職場不久的年輕人來說，提的條件不應拘泥于金錢，而是學習和發(fā)展的機會。

強調自己和職位很相稱(match)——這是與新雇主建立親近關系(bonding)的開端，招聘經理李文華努力為DB公司找到拉拉來擔任銷售助理一職，如果拉拉適合這個崗位，說明招聘經理的工作是出色的。如果拉拉不適合這個崗位，她拍拍屁股走人了，倒是輕松;但是對招聘經理會造成不小的、長久的負面影響，他需要重新招人，他本年度的工作業(yè)績報告也會很不好看。所以拉拉在這封郵件里，需要強調自己和這個職位非常相稱，算是給公司、給招聘經理一顆定心丸。
