[00:00.22]Unit 9 Twenty-one kind faces 第9單元 二十一張友善的面孔 [00:08.09]Yesterday was one of my most challenging days of backpacking ao far. 昨天是我到目前為止徒步旅行最具挑戰(zhàn)性的一天。 [00:13.15]First, a little girl tan up and pinched me! 先是有個小女孩跑來捏我一把! [00:16.54]Then, not even five minutes later, some boys made a game out of throwing dirt at me. 然后不到五分鐘一些男孩惡作劇對我丟泥土。 [00:24.35]I was lost and wishes to see a kind face. 我迷了路，想看到一張友善的面孔。 [00:28.10]I spotted a restaurant and went in to rest my feet and fill my belly, 我發(fā)現(xiàn)了一家餐廳，打算進去歇腳，飽腹一餐， [00:33.02]but a toothless man who shouted"No tables!" stopped me at the door. 可是有個滿口無牙的人大喊，“沒有空位!”在門口就擋住我。 [00:38.32]I peered past him to see a half empty restruant. 我打量他背后，有一半的位子是空的。 [00:41.28]With the little pride, I had left. 我感到羞辱轉(zhuǎn)身離開， [00:45.25]I wented back to the hotel.The following morning, I jumped on a ferry and left the city. 回到旅館，第二天早上便搭船離開這個城市。 [00:52.11]During the journey I met a man from Denmark who was travelling with a Vietnamese family of twenty people. 在旅途中，我遇到一個丹麥人，他和二十個人的越南大家族一起旅行。 [00:59.55]After we exchange stories, he excused himself. 我們交換彼此的旅途故事，之后他離開片刻， [01:03.48]Minutes later, he returned smiling and said he and his family would like to take me in for the night. 回來時滿臉笑意，并說他和他的家人愿意收留我一晚。 [01:11.34]I eargerly accepted and giggled thinking I only wished for one kind face, and now I have twenty-one! 我熱切地接受，暗自竊喜，我當初只是希望看到一張友善的面孔，沒想到現(xiàn)在卻看到了二十一張!
