[02:30.23]"I understand the money it fetches [02:33.22]is more than what tobacco would fetch for a given unit area. [02:37.37]So we think that if we go this direction, [02:41.01]we might even surpass what even what we get from tobacco." [02:43.83]But religious leaders disagree. [02:46.81]Dinala Chabulika is with the Muslims Association of Malawi. [02:51.71]"Whether it is going to boost the economy or not, it is not acceptable. [02:56.14]There is no inner permission Islam gives to any drug [02:59.52]or something that would disturb the intelligence of a human being. [03:03.59]So our recommendation is it should not be done."
