　　1. 解詞釋義

　　Wind down的意思是“放松一下”。Wind既可以做名詞，也可以做動詞。作為動詞，它的意思時候“上發(fā)條，蜿蜒，纏繞”的意思。Wind down即把發(fā)條取下來，停下來休息一下，引申為“放松一下，放松”的意思，這樣表達很形象生動。
