2--如果他們?cè)谀骋粏?wèn)題上團(tuán)結(jié)一致,那股東們就有最終的決定權(quán).你會(huì)認(rèn)為有決定權(quán)的可能是我們的執(zhí)行總裁或者工人,可事實(shí)是股東控制著錢,所以他們的權(quán)利最大.

1--真的就那么簡(jiǎn)單嗎?好像這樣管理效率不會(huì)很高...

2--這也許不是最有效的辦法,但是仔細(xì)想想,也很有道理.畢竟股東是我們的投資方,他們擁有公司的資本,所以他們應(yīng)該對(duì)公司的決策有發(fā)言權(quán).
