國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦近日發(fā)表《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨尊重和保障人權(quán)的偉大實(shí)踐》白皮書。白皮書介紹，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨堅(jiān)持把保障人民生存權(quán)、發(fā)展權(quán)作為首要的基本人權(quán)，堅(jiān)持在發(fā)展中保障和改善民生，努力推動(dòng)人權(quán)事業(yè)全面發(fā)展，促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展。
The Communist Party of China (CPC) upholds the rights to subsistence and development as the primary and basic human rights, and works hard to ensure and improve people's wellbeing through development, according to a white paper. The Party makes every effort to achieve comprehensive progress in human rights and ensure the well-rounded development of all the people, said the white paper on the practice of the CPC in respecting and protecting human rights issued by China's State Council Information Office.

100年來，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨心懷天下，堅(jiān)持走和平發(fā)展道路，堅(jiān)持促進(jìn)共同發(fā)展。中國(guó)堅(jiān)定維護(hù)世界和平，堅(jiān)持以合作促發(fā)展，以發(fā)展促人權(quán)，積極參與國(guó)際人權(quán)事務(wù)，為全球人權(quán)治理貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧、提供中國(guó)方案，推動(dòng)世界人權(quán)事業(yè)發(fā)展，與世界各國(guó)一道，共同構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體。
當(dāng)前，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨正帶領(lǐng)全國(guó)人民為實(shí)現(xiàn)第二個(gè)百年奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)而努力。到新中國(guó)成立100年時(shí)，中國(guó)將建成富強(qiáng)民主文明和諧美麗的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó)。到那時(shí)，中國(guó)人民的各項(xiàng)權(quán)利必將得到更高水平的保障，中國(guó)人民將更加享有尊嚴(yán)、自由和幸福。到那時(shí)，世界將因中國(guó)而更加繁榮發(fā)展，中國(guó)必將為推動(dòng)世界人權(quán)事業(yè)發(fā)展作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。

你們提到中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨致力于發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、消除貧困，積極援助其他國(guó)家抗擊新冠肺炎疫情。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨做這些事情，是因?yàn)橹袊?guó)共產(chǎn)黨是為中國(guó)人民謀幸福的政黨，也是為促進(jìn)人類進(jìn)步事業(yè)而奮斗的政黨。
