《中共中央關(guān)于全面加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代少先隊(duì)工作的意見》是新中國(guó)歷史上第一個(gè)以黨中央名義下發(fā)的專門加強(qiáng)少先隊(duì)工作的文件，是新時(shí)代少先隊(duì)工作的行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)。意見提出，全面加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代少先隊(duì)工作，要堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，堅(jiān)持培育共產(chǎn)主義接班人的根本任務(wù)，堅(jiān)持把增強(qiáng)少先隊(duì)員光榮感作為工作主線，堅(jiān)持組織教育、自主教育、實(shí)踐教育相統(tǒng)一，堅(jiān)持與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、改革創(chuàng)新。

廣大少先隊(duì)員在少先隊(duì)這所大學(xué)校里立志向、修品行、練本領(lǐng)，從小培養(yǎng)熱愛黨、熱愛祖國(guó)、熱愛人民的情懷。新時(shí)代，少先隊(duì)要高舉隊(duì)旗跟黨走，傳承紅色基因，培育時(shí)代新人，團(tuán)結(jié)、教育、引領(lǐng)廣大少先隊(duì)員做共產(chǎn)主義事業(yè)接班人，為堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)時(shí)刻準(zhǔn)備著。
The CYP plays a role like that of a big school where its members establish lofty aspirations and develop fine characters and various skills, and their love for the CPC, the motherland and the people is nurtured. In the new era, the CYP should continue to follow the CPC and pass on the traditions of revolution. The organization should unite, educate and guide its members to be well-prepared for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
