中共中央政治局1月28日進行第二十七次集體學習。中共中央總書記習近平在主持學習時強調(diào)，全黨必須完整、準確、全面貫徹新發(fā)展理念，確保“十四五”時期我國發(fā)展開好局、起好步。
Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has stressed full, accurate and comprehensive implementation of the new development philosophy to ensure a good start for China's development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). Xi made the remarks on Jan 28 when addressing the 27th group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.

在黨的十八屆五中全會上，習近平總書記提出要牢固樹立并切實貫徹創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念，并強調(diào)這是關(guān)系我國發(fā)展全局的一場深刻變革，必須充分認識這場變革的重大現(xiàn)實意義和深遠歷史意義。
在新發(fā)展理念中，創(chuàng)新發(fā)展注重的是解決發(fā)展動力問題。抓創(chuàng)新就是抓發(fā)展，謀創(chuàng)新就是謀未來。協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展注重的是解決發(fā)展不平衡問題。協(xié)調(diào)是發(fā)展兩點論和重點論、發(fā)展平衡和不平衡、發(fā)展短板和潛力的有機統(tǒng)一。綠色發(fā)展注重的是解決人與自然和諧共生問題。“綠水青山就是金山銀山”，是綠色發(fā)展的真諦，旨在走向生態(tài)文明新時代。開放發(fā)展注重的是解決發(fā)展內(nèi)外聯(lián)動問題。共享發(fā)展注重的是解決社會公平正義問題。共享，體現(xiàn)了逐步實現(xiàn)人民共同富裕的要求，體現(xiàn)了我們黨全心全意為人民服務(wù)的根本宗旨。

新發(fā)展理念是一個系統(tǒng)的理論體系，回答了關(guān)于發(fā)展的目的、動力、方式、路徑等一系列理論和實踐問題，闡明了我們黨關(guān)于發(fā)展的政治立場、價值導向、發(fā)展模式、發(fā)展道路等重大政治問題。
The new development philosophy is a systematic theoretical system, which answers a series of theoretical and practical questions about the purpose, motivation, mode and path of development. It also clarifies major political issues including the Party's political stand, value orientation and the mode and path for development.
