2020年全國(guó)“憲法宣傳周”活動(dòng)于11月30日拉開帷幕，今年全國(guó)“憲法宣傳周”的主題為“深入學(xué)習(xí)宣傳習(xí)近平法治思想，大力弘揚(yáng)憲法精神”。每年12月4日是“國(guó)家憲法日”。

A weeklong public awareness campaign on China's constitution was launched on Nov 30 ahead of the country's annual Constitution Day, which falls on Dec 4. The theme of this year's campaign is "further studying and publicizing Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and promoting the spirit of the Constitution".

我國(guó)現(xiàn)行憲法是在黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在深刻總結(jié)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義革命、建設(shè)、改革實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上制定和不斷完善的，實(shí)現(xiàn)了黨的主張和人民意志的高度統(tǒng)一，具有強(qiáng)大生命力，為改革開放和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供了根本法治保障。黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民制定和完善憲法，就是要發(fā)揮憲法在治國(guó)理政中的重要作用。

憲法是國(guó)家根本法，是治國(guó)安邦的總章程，具有最高的法律地位、法律權(quán)威、法律效力。依法治國(guó)，首先是依憲治國(guó);依法執(zhí)政，關(guān)鍵是依憲執(zhí)政。維護(hù)憲法權(quán)威，就是維護(hù)黨和人民共同意志的權(quán)威;捍衛(wèi)憲法尊嚴(yán)，就是捍衛(wèi)黨和人民共同意志的尊嚴(yán);保證憲法實(shí)施，就是保證人民根本利益的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

要堅(jiān)持依憲治國(guó)、依憲執(zhí)政。堅(jiān)持依憲治國(guó)、依憲執(zhí)政，就包括堅(jiān)持憲法確定的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位不動(dòng)搖，堅(jiān)持憲法確定的人民民主專政的國(guó)體和人民代表大會(huì)制度的政體不動(dòng)搖。

We need to adhere to Constitution-based governance, unswervingly uphold the leadership of the Party, the people's democratic dictatorship and the people's congress system, which are enshrined in the Constitution.

We should promote the spirit of the Constitution, uphold the Constitution's authority, and make efforts to guide all the people to loyally uphold, willingly comply with and firmly safeguard the socialist rule of law.
