中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席、中央財經(jīng)委員會主任習(xí)近平9月9日主持召開中央財經(jīng)委員會第八次會議。他強調(diào)，要統(tǒng)籌推進現(xiàn)代流通體系建設(shè)，為新發(fā)展格局提供有力支撐。

President Xi Jinping stressed coordinated efforts to advance the construction of a modern logistics system to provide strong support for a new development pattern on Sept 9. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at the eighth meeting of the Central Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs. He is also head of the committee.

【知識點】

建設(shè)現(xiàn)代流通體系對構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局具有重要意義。在社會再生產(chǎn)過程中，流通效率和生產(chǎn)效率同等重要，是提高國民經(jīng)濟總體運行效率的重要方面。高效流通體系能夠在更大范圍把生產(chǎn)和消費聯(lián)系起來，擴大交易范圍，推動分工深化，提高生產(chǎn)效率，促進財富創(chuàng)造。國內(nèi)循環(huán)和國際循環(huán)都離不開高效的現(xiàn)代流通體系。

黨的十八大以來，我國流通體系建設(shè)取得明顯進展，國家骨干流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐步健全，流通領(lǐng)域新業(yè)態(tài)新模式不斷涌現(xiàn)，全國統(tǒng)一大市場加快建設(shè)，商品和要素流通制度環(huán)境顯著改善。在抗擊新冠肺炎疫情過程中，流通業(yè)發(fā)揮了重要作用。同時，我國流通體系現(xiàn)代化程度仍然不高，還存在不少堵點亟待打通。要認(rèn)真研究應(yīng)對新冠肺炎疫情的經(jīng)驗，加快建立儲備充足、反應(yīng)迅速、抗沖擊能力強的應(yīng)急物流體系。

要統(tǒng)籌推進現(xiàn)代流通體系硬件和軟件建設(shè)，發(fā)展流通新技術(shù)新業(yè)態(tài)新模式，完善流通領(lǐng)域制度規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，培育壯大具有國際競爭力的現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)，為構(gòu)建以國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國內(nèi)國際雙循環(huán)相互促進的新發(fā)展格局提供有力支撐。

Coordinated efforts are needed to advance the building of hard and soft infrastructures for modern logistics system, develop new logistics technologies and business forms, improve industry regulations and standards, and nurture modern logistics companies with global competitiveness, so as to provide strong support for the new development pattern in which domestic and foreign markets boost each other, with the domestic market as the mainstay.
