中國國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會(huì)于9月4日在北京開幕，主題為“全球服務(wù)，互惠共享”，會(huì)議期間將舉辦190多場論壇及洽談活動(dòng)。這是新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來我國通過線上線下結(jié)合的方式舉辦的第一場重大國際經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)。

The China International Fair for Trade in Services, which opened in Beijing on Friday, will stage a total of 190 forums and negotiations under the theme of "Global Services, Shared Prosperity". It is the first major international economic and trade event held both online and offline by China since the COVID-19 outbreak.

根據(jù)世界貿(mào)易組織的界定，服務(wù)貿(mào)易分為12大領(lǐng)域，包括商業(yè)服務(wù)、通訊服務(wù)、建筑及相關(guān)工程服務(wù)、金融服務(wù)、旅游及旅行相關(guān)服務(wù)、娛樂文化與體育服務(wù)、運(yùn)輸服務(wù)、健康與社會(huì)服務(wù)、教育服務(wù)、分銷服務(wù)、環(huán)境服務(wù)及其他服務(wù)。

中國國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會(huì)的前身是“京交會(huì)”，自2012年首屆舉辦以來已8年。作為服務(wù)貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的龍頭展會(huì)，服貿(mào)會(huì)同廣交會(huì)、進(jìn)博會(huì)一起成為中國對外開放的三大展會(huì)。2020年服貿(mào)會(huì)是疫情發(fā)生以來我國在線下舉辦的第一場重大國際經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)，將向國際社會(huì)展示我國疫情防控和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得的顯著成效。

新形勢下，服務(wù)貿(mào)易對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)和外貿(mào)發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。從國內(nèi)來看，服務(wù)貿(mào)易成為我國對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的新引擎。我國服務(wù)貿(mào)易增速高于全球服務(wù)貿(mào)易和我國貨物貿(mào)易增速，成為提升綜合競爭優(yōu)勢的新抓手和穩(wěn)增長穩(wěn)預(yù)期的新支點(diǎn)。從全球來看，中國已成為全球服務(wù)貿(mào)易增長的重要貢獻(xiàn)者。

【重要講話】

中國將堅(jiān)定不移擴(kuò)大對外開放，建立健全跨境服務(wù)貿(mào)易負(fù)面清單管理制度，推進(jìn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易創(chuàng)新發(fā)展試點(diǎn)開放平臺(tái)建設(shè)，繼續(xù)放寬服務(wù)業(yè)市場準(zhǔn)入，主動(dòng)擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)進(jìn)口。

China will remain steadfast in opening up wider to the world. We will continue to work on a negative list system for managing cross-border services trade. We will develop open platforms for the pilot program of innovative development of the services sector. We will further ease market access for the services sector, and will take greater initiative to increase imports of quality services.

各國要加強(qiáng)服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展對接，創(chuàng)新合作方式，深化合作領(lǐng)域，積極尋求發(fā)展利益最大公約數(shù)，不斷做大“蛋糕”。

Countries need to forge greater synergy in growing their trade in services, seek new ways and more areas of cooperation, and look for the widest possible converging interests in development so as to make the "pie" bigger and bigger.
