中國(guó)國(guó)家醫(yī)療保障局近日發(fā)布《2019年全國(guó)醫(yī)療保障事業(yè)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)》。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2019年全國(guó)基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)參保率穩(wěn)定在95%以上。2019年參加職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)3.29億人，參加全國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)10.2億人。

More than 95 percent of Chinese were covered by the country's national basic medical insurance programs in 2019, according to statistics released by the National Healthcare Security Administration. In 2019, 329 million Chinese were covered by the national basic medical insurance program for urban employed and another 1.02 billion by the plan for urban and rural residents, according to an annual communique on development of medical security.

醫(yī)療保障是減輕群眾就醫(yī)負(fù)擔(dān)、增進(jìn)民生福祉、維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定的重大制度安排。黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院高度重視人民健康，建立了覆蓋全民的基本醫(yī)療保障制度。黨的十八大以來(lái)，全民醫(yī)療保障制度改革持續(xù)推進(jìn)，在破解看病難、看病貴問(wèn)題上取得了突破性進(jìn)展。

《2019年全國(guó)醫(yī)療保障事業(yè)發(fā)展統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)》顯示，2019年，全國(guó)基本醫(yī)保基金總收入24421億元人民幣，比上年增長(zhǎng)10.2%;全國(guó)基本醫(yī)保基金總支出20854億元，比上年增長(zhǎng)12.2%;全國(guó)基本醫(yī)保基金累計(jì)結(jié)存27697億元。2019年，全國(guó)醫(yī)療救助基金支出502.2億元，資助參加基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)8751萬(wàn)人。截至2019年底，農(nóng)村建檔立卡貧困人口參保率達(dá)到99.9%以上。
