1月1日，中國人民銀行宣布將降低金融機構(gòu)存款準備金率，釋放資金8000多億元。此舉旨在保持“流動性合理充裕”，降低實體經(jīng)濟融資成本。自2018年初以來，中國人民銀行已八次下調(diào)存款準備金率。

China's central bank decided on Wednesday to inject more than 800 billion yuan into the financial sector by reducing the amount of cash financial institutions must keep in reserve. The move is designed to maintain "reasonably ample" liquidity and lower financing costs for the real economy. The central bank has cut the reserve requirement ratio eight times since early 2018.

【知識點】

存款準備金是指金融機構(gòu)為保證客戶提取存款和資金清算需要而準備的在中央銀行的存款。中央銀行要求的存款準備金占其存款總額的比例就是存款準備金率。中國人民銀行通過調(diào)整存款準備金率，可以影響金融機構(gòu)的信貸擴張能力，從而間接調(diào)控貨幣供應(yīng)量。

中國人民銀行決定于1月6日下調(diào)金融機構(gòu)存款準備金率0.5個百分點。此次降準保持流動性合理充裕，有利于實現(xiàn)貨幣信貸、社會融資規(guī)模增長同經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相適應(yīng)，為高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革營造適宜的貨幣金融環(huán)境，并且用市場化改革辦法疏通貨幣政策傳導，有利于激發(fā)市場主體活力，進一步發(fā)揮市場在資源配置中的決定性作用，支持實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。
