第八批762處新的全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位被核定

9月26日召開(kāi)的國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議核定了第八批762處新的全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位，包括古遺址、古建筑、近現(xiàn)代重要史跡及代表性建筑等。

With 762 new sites added to the list, the number of major historical and cultural sites protected at the national level will reach 5,058, many of them located in Shanxi, Henan, Hebei, Zhejiang and Shaanxi provinces.

762處新的保護(hù)單位核定以后，我國(guó)目前共有5058處全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位，其中很多位于山西、河南、河北、浙江以及陜西省。

【名詞解釋】

全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位(major historical and cultural sites protected at the national level)是中華文明的優(yōu)秀代表和重要標(biāo)識(shí)。1961年，國(guó)務(wù)院核定公布了第一批180處國(guó)保單位。根據(jù)2002年10月28日第九屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第三十次會(huì)議通過(guò)的《中華人民共和國(guó)文物保護(hù)法》第十三條的規(guī)定，國(guó)務(wù)院文物行政部門(mén)在省級(jí)、市、縣級(jí)文物保護(hù)單位中，選擇具有重大歷史、藝術(shù)、科學(xué)價(jià)值的(those with significant historical, artistic and scientific value)確定為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位，或者直接確定為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位，報(bào)國(guó)務(wù)院核定公布。

會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，要堅(jiān)持價(jià)值優(yōu)先、質(zhì)量第一(the value and quality of the cultural relics should be prioritized)，保證真實(shí)性、完整性(their originality and completeness preserved)，健全法規(guī)制度(improve relevant laws and regulations)，吸引社會(huì)力量參與，有效保護(hù)、管理和合理利用中華民族的寶貴歷史遺存(ensure effective protection, management and proper utilization of the valuable heritage sites of the Chinese nation)，促進(jìn)中華文明薪火相傳，增強(qiáng)民族自信心凝聚力。
