China officially kicked off a national online platform for social insurance on Sunday after a month-long test. The platform streamlines 18 unified national services in eight categories for insured individuals and employers. Through the system, users can check the status of their social security account, progress in transferring social insurance and estimate roughly how much they will receive in pension in future.

經(jīng)過一個月的試運行，國家社會保險公共服務(wù)平臺9月15日正式上線。該平臺為參保人員和參保單位開通了8類18項全國性統(tǒng)一服務(wù)。用戶可以通過該平臺查看社保賬戶狀態(tài)、了解社會保險關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)移業(yè)務(wù)的辦理進度、測算未來能領(lǐng)到多少養(yǎng)老金。

在我國，社會保險是社會保障體系的重要組成部分，在整個社會保障體系中居于核心地位。社會保險資金主要由用人單位和勞動者本人繳納，政府財政給予補貼并承擔最終的責任。社會保險的主要項目包括養(yǎng)老保險、醫(yī)療保險、失業(yè)保險、工傷保險、生育保險。國家社會保險公共服務(wù)平臺是全國統(tǒng)一的社會保險公共服務(wù)的總門戶。參保人可以通過訪問國家社會保險公共服務(wù)平臺門戶網(wǎng)站(https://si.12333.gov.cn)，或者下載“掌上12333”手機APP，經(jīng)過用戶注冊登錄后體驗相關(guān)服務(wù)。平臺中的“社保查詢”服務(wù)可按“多地參保、集中展現(xiàn)”的形式查詢社會保險繳費、待遇等年度個人權(quán)益信息;“待遇資格認證”服務(wù)除了可以通過“刷臉”完成社會保險待遇資格認證，還可以通過選擇“代人認證”服務(wù)，幫助參保人員家人進行待遇資格認證;“養(yǎng)老金測算”服務(wù)可以根據(jù)參保人員目前的養(yǎng)老保險繳費情況，估算出未來領(lǐng)到的養(yǎng)老金情況;“異地就醫(yī)”查詢服務(wù)可以隨時查詢跨省異地就醫(yī)費用和備案信息。

完善城鎮(zhèn)職工基本養(yǎng)老保險和城鄉(xiāng)居民基本養(yǎng)老保險制度，盡快實現(xiàn)養(yǎng)老保險全國統(tǒng)籌。完善統(tǒng)一的城鄉(xiāng)居民基本醫(yī)療保險制度和大病保險制度。完善失業(yè)、工傷保險制度。建立全國統(tǒng)一的社會保險公共服務(wù)平臺。統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)社會救助體系，完善最低生活保障制度。

We will improve the basic pension schemes for urban employees and for rural and non-working urban residents, and quickly bring pension schemes under national unified management. We will improve the unified systems of basic medical insurance and serious disease insurance for rural and non-working urban residents, and improve unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance. We will establish a unified national platform for social security public services. We will promote the coordinated development of the social assistance systems for urban and rural residents, and improve the subsistence allowances system.
