【知識點】

總書記在《關于中央巡視工作領導小組第一次會議研究部署巡視工作情況的報告》中說：“巡視是黨章賦予的重要職責，是加強黨的建設的重要舉措，是從嚴治黨、維護黨紀的重要手段，是加強黨內監(jiān)督的重要形式。”為用好巡視這把“利劍”，中央巡視組根據(jù)習近平總書記的指示精神，在巡視的對象、范圍上實現(xiàn)了全覆蓋。從2013年第一輪巡視開始，逐步建立和完善了組長庫制度。2014年3月，開始了專項巡視。目前，常規(guī)巡視和專項巡視相結合已成為巡視工作的新常態(tài)。對地方以常規(guī)巡視為主，輔之以專項巡視;對部門和企事業(yè)單位則以專項巡視為主，分領域、分類別開展巡視。當前，巡視已經成為黨風廉政建設和反腐敗斗爭的重要平臺，是黨內監(jiān)督和群眾監(jiān)督相結合的重要方式，是上級黨組織對下級黨組織監(jiān)督的重要手段，為全面從嚴治黨提供了有力保證。

【重要講話】

巡視組要當好黨中央的“千里眼”，找出“老虎”“蒼蠅”，抓住違紀違法線索。要落實監(jiān)督責任，敢于碰硬，真正做到早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早報告，促進問題解決，遏制腐敗現(xiàn)象蔓延的勢頭。

Inspection teams should serve as the "clairvoyance" of the CPC Central Committee, find out "tigers" and "flies", and follow-up clues showing violation of laws and regulations. They should fulfill their responsibility of supervision and not be afraid to crack the hard nuts, in order to ensure early discovery and reporting of problems, thereby helping to solve problems and preventing corruption from spreading.
