8月19日，第一屆國家公園論壇在青海省西寧市開幕。在論壇開幕之際，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平發(fā)來賀信指出，生態(tài)文明建設(shè)對人類文明發(fā)展進(jìn)步具有十分重大的意義。

President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the first National Park Forum, which opened Monday in Xining, the capital city of northwest China's Qinghai province. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, said the construction of ecological civilization is of great significance to the development and progress of human civilizations.

習(xí)近平指出，國家公園體制是我國推進(jìn)自然生態(tài)保護(hù)、建設(shè)美麗中國、促進(jìn)人與自然和諧共生的一項(xiàng)重要舉措。

Xi said the national park system is an important measure taken by China to promote ecological protection, build a beautiful country and pursue harmony between humans and nature.

【知識點(diǎn)】

2016年，我國首次開展國家公園體制試點(diǎn)，包括三江源國家公園、中國大熊貓國家公園、東北虎豹國家公園等。2017年，中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《建立國家公園體制總體方案》。該方案的發(fā)布意味著國家公園體制建設(shè)進(jìn)入實(shí)質(zhì)階段。根據(jù)方案，到2020年，建立國家公園體制試點(diǎn)基本完成，整合設(shè)立一批國家公園，分級統(tǒng)一的管理體制基本建立，國家公園總體布局初步形成。建立國家公園體制是黨的十八屆三中全會提出的重點(diǎn)改革任務(wù)，是我國生態(tài)文明制度建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容，對于推進(jìn)自然資源科學(xué)保護(hù)和合理利用，促進(jìn)人與自然和諧共生，推進(jìn)美麗中國建設(shè)，具有極其重要的意義。

中國實(shí)行國家公園體制，目的是保持自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的原真性和完整性，保護(hù)生物多樣性，保護(hù)生態(tài)安全屏障，給子孫后代留下珍貴的自然資產(chǎn)。

The purpose of establishing the national park system is to protect the authenticity and integrity of natural ecosystems, preserve biological diversity, protect ecological buffer zones and leave behind precious natural assets for future generations.
