共建“一帶一路”為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長開辟了新空間，為國際貿(mào)易和投資搭建了新平臺，為完善全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理拓展了新實踐，為增進(jìn)各國民生福祉作出了新貢獻(xiàn)。

Joint building of the Belt and Road has opened up new space for the world's economic growth, created a new platform to boost international trade and investment, expanded new practices to optimize the global economic governance, and made new contributions to improving people's well-being of all countries.

我們將同更多國家商簽高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定。

China will negotiate and sign high-standard free trade agreements with more countries.

設(shè)施聯(lián)通

基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是互聯(lián)互通的基石，也是許多國家發(fā)展面臨的瓶頸。建設(shè)高質(zhì)量、可持續(xù)、抗風(fēng)險、價格合理、包容可及的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，有利于各國充分發(fā)揮資源稟賦，更好融入全球供應(yīng)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、價值鏈，實現(xiàn)聯(lián)動發(fā)展。

Infrastructure is the cornerstone of connectivity and a bottleneck of development confronting many countries. Building infrastructure of high quality, sustainability, risk resilience, reasonable pricing, inclusiveness and accessibility could help countries give full play to their advantages in resources and better integrate into the global supply, industry and value chains for interconnected development.

民心相通

未來5年，中國將邀請共建“一帶一路”國家的政黨、智庫、民間組織等1萬名代表來華交流。

A total of 10,000 representatives of political parties, think tanks and non-governmental organizations from countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative will be invited to China for exchanges in the next five years.

未來5年支持5000人次中外方創(chuàng)新人才開展交流、培訓(xùn)、合作研究。

China will support 5,000 people from innovation sector in Belt and Road countries in conducting exchanges, training programs and joint researches in the next five years.

中國將同各方一道推進(jìn)科技人文交流、共建聯(lián)合實驗室、科技園區(qū)合作、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移四大舉措。

China will work with other participants of the Belt and Road Initiative to promote scientific and cultural exchanges, set up joint science labs, build science and technology parks, and promote transfer of technologies.

我們同各方共建“一帶一路”可持續(xù)城市聯(lián)盟、綠色發(fā)展國際聯(lián)盟。

China will work with other parties to promote a coalition of sustainable cities and an international coalition for green development under the Belt and Road Initiative.

貿(mào)易暢通

未來我們將在更多領(lǐng)域允許外資控股或獨(dú)資經(jīng)營，新布局一批自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)。

China will allow foreign investors to operate businesses in more sectors with controlling or full stake, and roll out a new batch of pilot free trade zones.

我們高度重視履行同各國達(dá)成的多邊和雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)協(xié)議，按照擴(kuò)大開放的需要修改完善法律法規(guī)。

China attaches great importance to the establishment of a constraint mechanism for the fulfillment and implementation of international agreements, and the modification and improvement of laws and regulations in accordance with the need of further opening-up.

我們將進(jìn)一步降低關(guān)稅水平，不斷開大中國市場大門，歡迎來自世界各國的高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品。我們愿意進(jìn)口更多國外有競爭力的優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、制成品和服務(wù)。

China will further lower its tariff rates and continuously open up its market and welcome quality products from around the world. The country is willing to import more competitive farm produces, finished products and services.

政策溝通

中國將著力營造尊重知識價值的營商環(huán)境，加強(qiáng)對外國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人合法權(quán)益的保護(hù)，杜絕強(qiáng)制技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓。

China will create a business environment in which the value of knowledge is respected. The country will step up protecting the legitimate rights and interests of foreign owners of intellectual property rights, and prohibit the forced transfer of technology.

資金融通

中國不搞以鄰為壑的匯率貶值，將不斷完善人民幣匯率形成機(jī)制，保持人民幣匯率在合理均衡水平上的基本穩(wěn)定。

China will not engage in beggar-thy-neighbor currency devaluation. China will continue to improve the exchange rate formation mechanism of its currency, the renminbi, and keep the exchange rate generally stable on a reasonable and balanced level.

我們也希望世界各國創(chuàng)造良好投資環(huán)境，平等對待中國企業(yè)、留學(xué)生和學(xué)者，為他們正常開展國際交流合作活動提供公平友善的環(huán)境。

All countries should create a sound investment environment, and treat Chinese enterprises, students and scholars abroad as equals, providing a fair and friendly environment for them to carry out normal international exchanges and cooperation.

習(xí)近平的“一帶一路”之喻

在此前的講話文章中，習(xí)近平主席多次運(yùn)用比喻手法，對“一帶一路”倡議加以巧妙闡釋。我們簡要回顧一下。

工筆畫

“一帶一路”建設(shè)要從謀篇布局的“大寫意”轉(zhuǎn)入精耕細(xì)作的“工筆畫”，向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變，造福沿線國家人民，推動構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體。

In advancing the Belt and Road Initiative, we should transition from making high-level plans to intensive and meticulous implementation, so as to realize high-quality development, bring benefits to local people, and build a global community of shared future.

“一帶一路”追求的是百花齊放的大利，不是一枝獨(dú)秀的小利。

合唱

“一帶一路”建設(shè)秉持的是共商、共建、共享原則，不是封閉的，而是開放包容的;不是中國一家的獨(dú)奏，而是沿線國家的合唱。

In promoting the Belt and Road Initiative, China will follow the principle of wide consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits. The programs of development will be open and inclusive, not exclusive. They will be a real chorus comprising all countries along the routes, not a solo for China itself.
