北京胡同游服務(wù)規(guī)范發(fā)布

北京市旅游局日前發(fā)布了《胡同游服務(wù)規(guī)范(征求意見稿)》，并正式向社會公開征求意見。征求意見稿對本市胡同內(nèi)向游客提供吃、住、行、游、購、娛和文化展示服務(wù)的特色游覽業(yè)態(tài)劃定了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Companies that conduct tours of Beijing's classic alleys, or hutong, should only be allowed to take groups to lanes that display traditional culture or contain historical sites, according to a draft guideline from the city government.

根據(jù)北京市政府發(fā)布的《胡同游服務(wù)規(guī)范(征求意見稿)》，提供胡同游的旅行社應(yīng)帶游客去具有傳統(tǒng)文化、風(fēng)俗人情、歷史風(fēng)貌的胡同。

胡同游服務(wù)規(guī)范意見稿還指出，文物保護(hù)單位或具有歷史文化底蘊(yùn)的建筑物應(yīng)有中英文對照的銘牌標(biāo)識(Road signs and introductions to relics and historical structures should be provided in both Chinese and English)。

意見稿還規(guī)定，游客接待量應(yīng)與經(jīng)營總體規(guī)模相匹配(hutong should not be able to accept more people than they can handle);夜間營業(yè)，公共場地應(yīng)有充足的燈光照明和應(yīng)急照明設(shè)施(hutong that are open during the night should be equipped with sufficient lights and emergency power supplies in public areas);胡同應(yīng)有不少于 2個主要出入口(each hutong should have at least two entry or exit points);胡同長度超過 1000 米的，宜設(shè)置機(jī)動車和非機(jī)動車停車場地(for hutong longer than 1 kilometer, parking for cars and bikes should be placed at entrances)。
