香港故宮文化博物館正式動土 計劃2022年竣工

The Hong Kong Palace Museum was designed under an agreement between the HKSAR and the Palace Museum located at Beijing’s Forbidden City in 2017, and once built, it will display treasures and cultural relics from the Forbidden City. The two museums will also cooperate in exhibitions, staff training and cultural communication.

香港故宮文化博物館是根據(jù)香港特別行政區(qū)和北京故宮博物院于2017年簽署的協(xié)議規(guī)劃的，建成后，館內(nèi)將展出故宮博物院的珍貴藏品和文物。兩家博物館還將在展覽、員工培訓(xùn)以及文化交流方面展開合作。

據(jù)悉，香港故宮文化博物館計劃占地約1萬平方米，總建筑面積逾3萬平方米。坐落于西九文化區(qū)西部海濱，毗鄰藝術(shù)公園。香港故宮文化博物館由香港著名設(shè)計師嚴(yán)迅奇設(shè)計，樓高7層，館內(nèi)主要設(shè)施包括陳列展廳(exhibition hall)、臨時展覽廳(temporary exhibition hall)、數(shù)字展示區(qū)(digital display area)、綜合活動室(activity room)等。其中，展覽廳總面積共計7600平方米，用于展出來自故宮博物院的金器、銅器、玉器、書畫、陶瓷(gold, bronze and jade items, paintings, and ceramic objects)，以及有關(guān)宮廷生活的文物(displays on life in the Imperial Court)，讓游客獲得豐富的文化體驗。

根據(jù)《興建香港故宮文化博物館合作協(xié)議》議定，故宮博物院在香港故宮文化博物館展覽的文物，將分為長期展出的常設(shè)展覽(long-term exhibitions)和臨時展出的特別展覽(special exhibitions)。常設(shè)展覽的展期一般為一年，根據(jù)展覽需要以及國家規(guī)定，可申請適當(dāng)延期。
