韓朝首腦簽署《板門店宣言》確認(rèn)無核化目標(biāo)

韓國總統(tǒng)文在寅和朝鮮國務(wù)委員會(huì)委員長金正恩27日在板門店舉行會(huì)晤并簽署《板門店宣言》，宣布雙方將為實(shí)現(xiàn)朝鮮半島無核化和停和機(jī)制轉(zhuǎn)換而努力。

South Korean President Moon Jae-in and Kim Jong Un, top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), confirmed a common goal of complete denuclearization and agreed to push for multilateral talks to turn the current armistice agreement into a peace treaty after their first summit meeting in Panmunjom Friday.

韓國總統(tǒng)文在寅和朝鮮國務(wù)委員會(huì)委員長金正恩27日在板門店舉行首次會(huì)晤，雙方明確了實(shí)現(xiàn)朝鮮半島無核化的共同目標(biāo)，并推進(jìn)多邊會(huì)談將朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭停戰(zhàn)協(xié)定轉(zhuǎn)換為和平協(xié)定。

雙方在會(huì)晤后簽署了《為實(shí)現(xiàn)半島和平、繁榮和統(tǒng)一的板門店宣言(the Panmunjom Declaration for Peace, Prosperity and Unification of the Korean Peninsula)》。雙方宣布，為在年內(nèi)把朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭停戰(zhàn)協(xié)定轉(zhuǎn)換為和平協(xié)定(turn the armistice agreement into a peace treaty)、構(gòu)建永久鞏固的和平機(jī)制(establish a permanent, firm peace regime)，將積極推動(dòng)韓朝美三方會(huì)談或韓朝美中四方會(huì)談(push for talks, which would also involve China and the United States)。

宣言承諾，韓朝雙方將全面停止“敵對行為”(completely cease all hostile acts against each other in every domain)，加強(qiáng)交流合作，在開城設(shè)立南北共同聯(lián)絡(luò)事務(wù)所(establish a joint liaison office with resident representatives of both sides in the Gaeseong region)、舉行離散家屬會(huì)面(reunion programs for the separated familie)等活動(dòng)。雙方商定，文在寅將于今年秋天訪朝。

在昨天的外交部例行記者會(huì)上，有記者提問：

韓國總統(tǒng)文在寅與朝鮮最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人金正恩今天舉行歷史性會(huì)晤。中方對此有何評論?

外交部發(fā)言人華春瑩回答：

我們都從電視上看到了今天上午朝韓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人跨越板門店軍事分界線握手會(huì)晤的歷史性時(shí)刻。我們?yōu)槌n領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人跨出這歷史性的一步鼓掌，對他們展現(xiàn)的政治決斷和勇氣表示贊賞，衷心祝愿此次會(huì)晤取得積極成果。

We all saw the live-broadcast of this historic moment this morning when the DPRK and ROK leaders stepped across the military demarcation line at Panmunjom and shook hands. We applaud the historic step taken by the two leaders, commend their political resolve and courage in doing this, and sincerely hope that their meeting will achieve positive outcomes.

“渡盡劫波兄弟在，相逢一笑泯恩仇”。我們期待以此次板門店歷史性會(huì)晤為契機(jī)，進(jìn)一步開啟半島長治久安的新征程。

As a Chinese poem goes, "brotherhood will survive all vicissitudes, and a smile is all we need to dissolve old grudges". We hope that the historic summit at Panmunjom will be taken as an opportunity for all to embark on a new journey towards lasting peace and security on the Korean Peninsula.
