Master Bao, a Beijing-based pastry chain, filed cases against hundreds of shops across the country that are operating illegally under its brand. Courts in Beijing, Nanjing and Hangzhou have accepted the cases.
“山寨”一直是知識產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域的一個頑疾,市場上賣的各種“山寨產(chǎn)品”可以用knockoff或者copycat表示,比如,that so-called new product was just a copycat of their rival’s latest product(那個所謂的新產(chǎn)品只不過是山寨了對手的新品而已)。
鮑師傅糕點創(chuàng)始人鮑才勝表示,目前他們公司在北京開設(shè)的鮑師傅門店只有14家,全國也才26家(there are only 26 authentic Master Bao outlets nationwide)。
Copycat或knockoff指某個產(chǎn)品的“復(fù)制品”(an exact copy of another),從產(chǎn)品角度來說屬于“假貨”(counterfeit product)。
