中國共產(chǎn)黨與世界政黨高層對(duì)話會(huì)即將召開

這次大會(huì)名為“中國共產(chǎn)黨與世界政黨高層對(duì)話會(huì)”(CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting)，截至目前，來自120多個(gè)國家200多個(gè)政黨和政治組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人報(bào)名參會(huì)。

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, will attend and deliver a keynote speech at the dialogue's opening ceremony.

中共中央總書記、國家主席習(xí)近平將出席開幕式并發(fā)表主旨講話。

這次對(duì)話會(huì)的主題是：

構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體、共同建設(shè)美好世界：政黨的責(zé)任

Working Together Towards A Community with A Shared Future for Humanity and A Better World: Responsibilities of Political Parties

11月24日，中聯(lián)部舉行媒體吹風(fēng)會(huì)，中聯(lián)部副部長郭業(yè)洲介紹了此次對(duì)話會(huì)有關(guān)情況。

郭業(yè)洲說，我們積極回應(yīng)國際社會(huì)的關(guān)切，順勢(shì)搭建全球性政黨高層對(duì)話平臺(tái)，全面介紹十九大精神，深入闡釋習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想，系統(tǒng)宣介我們黨關(guān)于推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體、共同建設(shè)美好世界的主張。其目的和意義還在于：

一是希望與世界各國政黨共商共議、平等交流,為應(yīng)對(duì)人類社會(huì)面臨的發(fā)展難題和共同挑戰(zhàn),攜手構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體凝聚更多的力量和智慧;

First, we hope to conduct joint consultation and discussion, as well as equal communication with political parties from all countries, in a bid to pool more strength and intelligence to deal with the development problems and common challenges facing human society and work together to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

二是希望與各國政黨相互借鑒治黨理政經(jīng)驗(yàn),共同提高執(zhí)政或參政能力。我們黨是開放包容的,既向世界介紹我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)作法,也向世界學(xué)習(xí);

Second, we hope to learn from experience on party governance and state administration with political parties from all countries, so as to jointly improve the capacity in governance or participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs. The CPC is open and inclusive, and it not only introduces its experience and methods to the world, but learns from the world.

三是為各國各類政黨相互溝通,深入交流提供契機(jī),推動(dòng)各國各類政黨在涉及人類前途命運(yùn)等重大戰(zhàn)略問題上形成更多的共識(shí)。

Third, we hope to provide opportunities for all kinds of political parties of various countries to conduct in-depth exchanges, so as to promote all kinds of political parties of various countries to reach more consensus on such major strategic issues concerning the future and destiny of mankind.

郭業(yè)洲用三個(gè)“首次”來表示這次對(duì)話會(huì)的重要性：

? 這是黨的十九大后我國舉辦的首場(chǎng)主場(chǎng)多邊外交活動(dòng);

the first major multilateral diplomacy event hosted by Beijing after the recently concluded 19th CPC National Congress

? 是我們黨首次與全球各類政黨舉行高層對(duì)話;

the first time for the CPC to hold a high-level meeting with various kinds of parties in the world

? 也是出席人數(shù)最多的首次全球政黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)話會(huì)。

郭業(yè)洲說，這在我們黨的歷史上具有開創(chuàng)性意義，在世界政黨史上也具有突破性意義。

本次高層對(duì)話會(huì)會(huì)標(biāo)、海報(bào)也同時(shí)發(fā)布。海報(bào)的設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了借用傳統(tǒng)文化“茶”為主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)意元素，匠心獨(dú)運(yùn)。

會(huì)標(biāo)整體外形是由數(shù)條彩色飄帶和英文字母CPC環(huán)繞構(gòu)成的地球造型。CPC是“中國共產(chǎn)黨”的英文縮寫，會(huì)標(biāo)圖形由五種色彩組成，象征中國共產(chǎn)黨與來自世界五大洲的政黨齊聚高層對(duì)話會(huì)，共商共議、平等交流，肩負(fù)起構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體、引領(lǐng)人民建設(shè)美好世界的重要責(zé)任。

海報(bào)運(yùn)用“茶”作為創(chuàng)意元素，巧借中國以茶會(huì)友、品茶論道的文化傳統(tǒng)，匠心獨(dú)運(yùn)，詮釋主題。

寓意中國共產(chǎn)黨邀請(qǐng)各國各類政黨共議構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的政黨責(zé)任，共話建設(shè)美好世界的宏偉藍(lán)圖，生動(dòng)詮釋對(duì)話會(huì)主題。

It vividly reflects the theme of this dialogue that building a community with a shared future for mankind and building a beautiful world is the responsibility of world political parties.
