習(xí)近平為聯(lián)勤保障部隊(duì)“授旗”

中央軍委聯(lián)勤保障部隊(duì)成立大會(huì)9月13日在北京舉行。中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平向武漢聯(lián)勤保障基地和無(wú)錫、桂林、西寧、沈陽(yáng)、鄭州聯(lián)勤保障中心授予軍旗并致訓(xùn)詞，代表黨中央和中央軍委向聯(lián)勤保障部隊(duì)全體指戰(zhàn)員致以熱烈的祝賀。

中央軍委成立聯(lián)勤保障部隊(duì)，國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平向該部隊(duì)授旗。

聯(lián)勤保障部隊(duì)(joint logistics support force)是實(shí)施聯(lián)勤保障(joint logistics support)和戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)役支援保障(strategic battle support)的主體力量，是中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代軍事力量體系的重要組成部分。

“授旗”用confer flags to表示，confer多指“授予、賦予(權(quán)力、榮譽(yù)等)”，常用的搭配為confer power/honor on someone;如果表示“請(qǐng)教某人，與某人商議”則可以用confer with someone表示，比如：He wanted to confer with his colleagues before reaching a decision.(他想與他的同事先商議一下再作出決定。)

習(xí)近平在訓(xùn)詞中指出：

組建聯(lián)勤保障基地和聯(lián)勤保障中心，是黨中央和中央軍委著眼于全面深化國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)改革作出的重大決策，是深化軍隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指揮體制改革的戰(zhàn)略舉措，對(duì)把我軍建設(shè)成為世界一流軍隊(duì)、打贏現(xiàn)代化局部戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。

The move to establish the joint logistics support force is a strategic decision by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the CMC to comprehensively deepen national defense and military reform, and it is of far-reaching significance to establishing a modern joint logistics support force with Chinese characteristics and building a world-leading military.

深化軍事斗爭(zhēng)后勤準(zhǔn)備，加快融入聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)體系，積極開(kāi)展實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練。

He urged the new force to deepen logistics preparedness for battle and better integrate the force into the joint operations system and carry out real battle training.
